Typical Roles Within Lodge Brothers

| Funeral Arranger | First point of contact for families. Helps plan funerals & manage arrangements. | Approx. £28,000 – £30,000 (Full-time) |
| Funeral Operative | Prepares for funerals: transport, care of the deceased, logistics, bearing duties. | £13,000 – £30,000 (Varies by hours & responsibilities) |
| Funeral Conductor | Leads the team on the day of the service. Ensures professionalism & timings. | £30,000+ depending on experience |
| Relief / Branch Support | Provides cover across branches. Supports new openings and team collaboration. | Variable / Competitive |
| Administrative / Head Office Roles | Finance, legal services, HR & wider support across Feltham HQ. | Role-dependent |
No previous funeral industry experience is required. Full training is provided.
